「We stayed in a 4-room villa for 4 nights (about 500 USD per night) and the experience was very disappointing. We arrived around 14:30 and were told to wait until the official check-in at 15:00, which was fine. But at 15:00 the villa was still not ready, with no estimated time and no complimentary gesture. By 15:30, after I asked again, they then informed us only the first floor was ready, so we went there as my elderly family members needed a nap. The staff who showed us the first floor...
