The resort is beautiful and does a fantastic job catering to families. There were fun activities and treats for kids throughout the day, which made our short stay feel extra special. “The breakfast was great. There were so many choices to choose from. I enjoyed the food. The staff were very helpful. Parking was good we had very good parking spaces to choose from. The room could have been cleaned better. There needs to be some extra cleaning behind the beds. They also need to spray. Overall the place was nice.”

“Terrible, attempted to check in and they said they were oversold and there was no rooms for me and they can do anything for us. No emails or notifications were sent to us regarding the oversell. Never again.”

“The hotel was dirty. The toilet was clogged. The phone didn’t work. No dial tone so had to go down to report the toilet and I was given a plunger and considering it was already clogged upon me checking in, maybe a maintenance person should have came up. The ice machine was not even plugged in but considering how dirty everything was maybe that was a good thing.”

“We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward. Other than that, for an older place it was pretty good.”
