Great view

The view and environment around the hotel was fantastic. We can see the beatiful view from the room window and enjoy the stars at night. Very fresh air and great view of Sunset and Sunrise. Anyone who stay in this hotel will satisfy the calm and peaceful time.

This hotel and the surrounding area exceeded expectations. We had booked it as a stopover before continuing our journey and we could’ve stayed for days. It is high up the hill, views are fantastic and the room is new but with a traditional feel. Staff were very friendly. The location is amazing - we went to the mineral pools at Ovronnaz (5 mins away) and took the chairlift at Jorasse to get into the mountains further. There is a ton of hiking and biking and farm animals up there for the little ones. Great place.

We stayed in the week of the transition, owners taking over the management after a leasing of the property. So, we experienced some of the service issues that one can naturally expect when a new management is arriving. Nevertheless the staff was excellent and predisposed to overcome all those difficulties. Otherwise the location is good and with an outstanding view of the Alps. Overall a very good stay.

(+) Free coffee pods and milk in the room! Very cute room, looks new. Big room and huge balcony. Charming view. There is tv, fridge, hair dryer, safety box, big wardrobe. (-) I suggest to bring slippers because bathroom floor is cold stone. They should clear the snow for the ground floor access. Restaurant was closed as of Feb 2026, hopefully they reopen soon. Paid more for Comfort Double Room in order to get one queen-size double bed but still got 2 single beds put together → room description & picture does not match. We had a small water leak issue under the sink, I hope they will fix it soon. Communication & support could be improved: nobody was at the reception on the first day and it is a bit slow to get an answer when messaging their mobile number (+41 76 795 66 54 / +41 77 903 31 84).

The owner/operator of the hotel had changed since our reservation, but the transition worked smoothly. Our room in the annex chalet (#103) was very spatious with a nice interior of wood and stone. The new crew still neds to sort out some details and missing details in the rooms, and get the proper processes in place, but the hotel great pontial.

Le bâtiment et la décoration étaient charmants. Mais Après une journée de ski, bien fatiguée, pour faire le check-in, à 17h, la chambre n’était pas prête. Une semaine après le séjour, j’ai reçu un appel m’informant que je n'avais pas réglé les frais d’hébergement. Après vérification de mon paiement de mon côté, ils m'ont dit qu'ils avaient mal noté l’information à la réception. Chaque fois que j'avais besoin de service, j’ai dû attendre très longtemps pour avoir la réceptionniste. Ce n’était pas très professionnel. Vu l'emplacement, il n'y a pas d'autre endroit pour dîner, on est donc un peu obligé de choisir le restaurant de l’établissement. Mais il n’y a que trois menus au choix et, en plus, même ces trois menus n’étaient pas tous disponibles. Les trois menus ne suffisent pas pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, il n'y a pas de menu enfant et le prix est excessif.

Pas de spa contrairement à la mention ebookers. Référence spa pour les bains d’ovronnaz, car offrent 3.- de rabais. Sinon top, très grand, l’établissement a un énorme potentiel. Restaurant très joli mais n’y avons pas mangé. Service très aimable. Ménage n’était pas prêt à 17h ça peut arriver mais n’ont simplement pas proposé de verre pour patienter. Aurions pu demander mais étaient trop sympas on n’a pas voulu embêter. Qq moucherons en hiver ? Un peu vieillot, cuisine tv non fonctionnels mais micro onde, bouilloire à dispo. Àttention aucun équipement vaisselle etc. Suggestion:tjrs sympa d’avoir un café ou thé à dispo et idéal bouteille d’eau. Sinon plein de serviettes de bains! Conclusion très bien, nous reviendrons peut être. (Prix très intéressant!!)

Zimmer schön und geräumig. Personal freundlich. Restaurant war nicht in Betrieb, was wir nicht wissen konnten. Dafür wurden wir in ein ca. 1 km entferntes Restaurant verwiesen. Für uns Motorradfahrer etwas unglücklich. Verdauungsspaziergang lohnte sich aber. Hervorragendes Restaurant mit Super-Aussicht.
