“Outside areas need updated. Staff and guests smoking close to the front door ”

“The elevator was out of order and had to walk up 3 flights of stairs other than that it was great. ”

“Our room was close to the lobby and at about 10:00 PM we could hear a loud male voice. After about an hour, we called the front desk and said we heard loud talking and the man who answered was clearly the person we could hear, said he was checking in someone and hung up. He could still be heard until about 2:00 AM. We could also here music playing and other voices.”

“I have Mixed feelings about this property. Everything was clean and spacious. ,however the concrete floors are a bit much for my liking! Looks like they pulled up carpet and just left what was underneath exposed! Ladies bring slippers or socks for your feet!”

“Hotel and service was great. Took one star off because it was HELL getting to the hotel because of all the road construction. Not hotel control but if I knew I would’ve booked other side of town. Very stressful at night when they shutdown the exit during the night. ”

“This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m sorry. The room was nice. A/c did not work well at all. Was on the 8th floor. The bathrooms and room were very dim and dark. Zero lights. Wife had a hec of a time getting ready/ makeup ect. The makeup light did not work it’s that dark in there. The hotel grounds were filthy. They didn’t vacuum or clean the vestibule at all the 3 days we were there. The restaurant food was just ok. Nothing great at all. Just expensive food with zero flavor. The main……
