Lovely stay at this wonderful hotel. Great location with everything the old town has to offer, but on a quiet street with no noise. The room was well designed and felt luxe, with an incredibly comfortable bed! Staff really helpful from housekeeping to the front desk.

There simply aren’t enough words to praise this property. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by staff that makes you feel just like family. Not to mention the most beautiful rooms! We had the room overlooking the water and that was incredible! The breakfast in the morning was amazing as were the treats in our room upon arrival! I have to admit my husband and I were both a little sad when our departure from this paradise arrived as we had become attached to these wonderful hosts! Do yourself a favor and book right NOW….you won’t be sorry!!!!!

This 1640 mansion has been completely renovated to every modern convenience while maintaining its charm and history. Wonderful hospitality from the manager and all staff. They have a lovely, quiet patio (and dining room) to enjoy their delicious breakfast selections. Very close to the old harbor promenade and old town shops but so well constructed that our room was quiet for napping and sleeping.

This hotel was so beautiful, we had an amazing time. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful, they even got us breakfast to go one morning when we had to leave early. Location is awesome. 100% recommend this place.

A perfect example: we had a very early 6 AM flight, and without any fuss, they prepared us a generous breakfast to go, packed with pastries, sandwiches, and drinks. That kind of thoughtfulness really made a difference and showed how much they care about their guests. The team is warm, friendly, and consistently delivered 5-star service throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained, and the location is ideal — just steps from a great selection of restaurants. Highly recommend Azade Chania to anyone visiting Chania. We’ll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Azade Chania. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. They gave us great recommendations and helped us plan our time in Crete, which made our trip even better. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and they even packed us a thoughtful breakfast bag for our early morning flight. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Azade to anyone visiting Chania.

I wish we could’ve stayed longer at the Azade. It was incredible and I actually felt at home in our suite I didn’t even feel like I was in a hotel! So comfortable all while having such a luxury feel. Very close to everything, you just walk out your door and you are in Old Town! Highly recommend staying here.

Incredible place to stay right in the heart of Old Town and walking distance to everything. Xanthos and crew were incredible. All of his recommendations (Balos Beach, Kourtaliotiko Gorge etc) turned out to be perfect. Crete is such an incredible place!!!

We stayed 4 nights at the Azade Chania and loved it. The hotel isn’t the easiest to get to with luggage but it is in a good, quiet location in Old Town. Our room was beautiful and had a lovely view of the harbor. It had everything we needed and more. The staff bent over backwards to take great care of my wife and I. They helped us with advice, packed us take away lunches, were friendly, funny and charming. Santos, Eve and Artemis, thank you. We loved our visit.
