"The property was as nice as listed. The kitchen, kitchen appliances, and dining area was especially nice! Being tired from travel, it was especially wonderful to have ground coffee available for our use! The bathroom with the walk-in shower was updated and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and had clean, beautiful bedding. We loved having extra towels. The WiFi and TV were very good. The unit was very clean and provided everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, had good restaurants and convenience stores available. It also was very close to public transportation. The host responded immediately to every message we had, and was very pleasant and eager to please in every way. This one is good! Wouldn’t hesitate to use this again!"

"The staff, from an original phone call, with a question, until check out could not have been more amazing. Personable, professional, friendly, and enthusiastic are just of the few ways I would describe them. From the moment we arrived until we left we were engaged in an amazing way. We loved Betsy Lynn at the desk and her colleague, Vereema. Next time I am Boston we will choose to stay at the Midtown for the staff alone, although the beds and room were extremely comfortable. I cannot wait to see the finished renovation."

"Great place to stay. 20 mins away from downtown Boston by the time you walk to train station and take the train. Darling decor and was stocked nicely. Bonus perk with having noise makers provided. Our code didn’t work to access our unit but they were quick to respond and offer a solution to get us access into our unit. Excellent customer service!!!"
