Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this studio guesthouse in Charleston. Take a stroll down the street and see dolphins swimming in Wappoo Creek or grab a cup of coffee and watch the boats cruise by. This centrally located neighborhood will give you the Low County vibes of Charleston that you have waiting for. stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips.

A second story cottage just minutes from Downtown Charleston and minutes from Folly Beach. This 2nd floor cozy studio apartment is ideal for couples or a little family of 4 looking to enjoy all the charm that Charleston has to offer. You will have your own entrance with exclusive access to the apartment and parking. You will not be sharing space with other guests. 

Features: 

The apartment features a king bed, a daybed for relaxing, a desk with chair in case you need to mix a little work with pleasure, a stocked kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, along with all of your other kitchen needs. You will find hardwood floors throughout, an HD Flat screen mounted on the wall, WIFI, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath products and towels will also be provided. Please enjoy your coffee or a book on the deck while you soak up the southern atmosphere

Cute unit perfect for a couple

Had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood close to where we needed to be. One improvement would be flood lights at the back of the main house or above the garage as we had to use our phone flashlights to get to the stairs where the first light is. Otherwise it fit our needs for a short weekend

Nice little stay!

We had a very nice time! Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing I would add for guests to know, is to bring more bath towels and a broom for your stay! We had 3 adult women and we stayed for four days and we had 1 designated make up cloth and 3 bath towels (one each, for four days). We came for the beach and to do water / walking activities so we were glad that we had packed some of our own towels but something for others to be aware of! Also there was a dust pan but no broom. Coming from the beach, there’s always so much sand to be tracked in. Our last thing would be to maybe put some traction on the stairs that lead up and down to the stay! My friend fell down the stairs the first morning there and it left her very sore and bruised. Otherwise, we had a great stay and we would come back again with the knowledge we have of our first stay!

great spot on james island!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property on our recent trip to Charleston. It was a great central location for all the things we wanted to do and a quick drive to folly beach. There is plenty in walking distance bars, restaurants, etc. It was also not far from downtown charleston. We would absolutely stay here again.

James Island Getaway

Great property and a great location with just a short drive to downtown Charleston, and Folly Beach but in walking distance to dining, bars, movie theatre, etc. This was our third time staying here. Very comfortable accommodations in a spacious apartment. Host was always very responsive to any questions or requests that we had.

Nice place, Very good value

Nice place some odd things though. Very quiet, good A/C, clean. Ice maker frozen solid, no reliable internet so the streaming tv did not work unless you like watching buffering, dishes were dirty when we went to use them and the makeup table light had to be plugged back in in the back to make it work. No outlet near sink in bathroom, no drain plug in sink. Just kind of strange stuff nothing that could not be fixed with a few $$'s. Property Manager responded very quickly. I thought this was a very good value just a little odd.
