Great Location

This unit was very clean, and the amenities are as described. It was a great, quiet location in the center of a great neighborhood with many restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shopping, etc. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Birthday trip to Charleston

The property was very unique, well equipped, inviting and comfortable. It is in an up and coming neighborhood. It was a little too far away from things to walk so we drove everywhere.

Highly recommend

We weren’t excited when we drove up & discovered we were staying above an a restaurant but it was perfect! Nice walk to historic district, close to grocery store, restaurant(s), interior was delightful, especially the kitchen and bedroom with en-suite. Stay Duvet personnel were extremely responsive and hospitable. Will definitely search for lodging managed by this group again.

Great location and charming property for family on vacation for a week.

Our family of five enjoyed staying at this convenient location near downtown attractions. The two bedroom, two bath set up worked well for us. We enjoyed being able to reheat leftovers and make breakfast in the kitchen. We were able to stream movies in the room with the two beds. The designated parking spot worked well except for when others parked there. Our communication with the property manager was outstanding - very fast and helpful.

Great Charleston getaway

Lots of neat restaurants nearby. Easy walk to waterfront park. Not too far of a walk and super quick Uber to Meeting street. Great apartment, clean and cute. You can smell the restaurant downstairs slightly but did not bother me at all. My husband noticed more than I did. We would return. Manager very responsive.

Great, spacious rental!

We had a wonderful time at our rental. A large kitchen made it easy to make breakfast at the house and plenty of sitting room. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because there was only 2 spoons in the entire house! Odd. The front bedroom was about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house but it’s probably due to it getting all day sun. An extra fan in that room would definitely help.

Everything was great except for the parking

The place was super clean and well taken care of! We had a great time there. The only downfall was the parking. We were supposed to be allowed one spot as stated on the site of booking and by conversation with the renters. However, other vehicles were constantly parked in ours and we had to pay $20 a day to park two streets over. The renters even messaged me to move my car that was parked at the end in a unmarked spot, but did not do anything about the person parked in our spot. Overall the place is great, but they could do a better job at making sure each person that has paid to rent with them gets what they advertise!

memorable week in Charleston

Wow, this place was amazing! Seriously one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in. Perfect for a family of 5-6 with separate bathrooms for the kids and the parents. A must for a dad of 3 teenage girls! The apartment was a hybrid between a high end boutique hotel suite and staying in a friends home. It had the warmth and character of a real house but has the amenities like soap/shampoo that you would expect from a hotel. The apt had beautiful artwork, well appointed furniture and wonderful, interesting books throughout the apartment. I just wish I had more time to stay to read them! We were too busy exploring the city with our kids to actually have time for that. I read some other reviews complaining about the restaurant downstairs. I didn't even notice it at all. No noise or smell at all. Non issue. Also I had an issue because of mosquitos first night. In retrospect it must've been one of the kids left the balcony door open. Nevertheless I texted the "concierge" and they responded immediately and came to resolve the issue with a can of spray which by the next day was a non issue, but I was still very impressed with their quick response. also the beds were sooo comfortable. could sleep all day if we didn't have such a packed itinerary. would totally come back and stay here again. Thanks for making our trip to Charleston so memorable...

Misrepresented Apartment

My sister and I were looking for a place to stay for a couple nights near the city of Charleston. This so called "home" was very different than any "home" I have rented before. 1st off we get there and it is behind a completely disgusting smelling Vietnamese Sandwich Shop. We literally were gagging each time we went in or out of the "home" which was actually an apartment behind the shop.....also fortunately we could do steps because it was upstairs on top of that.....then it was stated the home is kept super ...cant say I agree . THe first night the tv wouldn't come on no matter how we tried.......and if it was because of the previous renters pushing the wrong buttons as was stated to us, , then it should of been addressed before we came.. There wasn't any directions ANYWHERE to even help us out.. I feel like we were very misled on the facts of this place. I cant tell you how glad we were to get out of that nasty smell....I feel bad about the negative review but there should of been more honest details upfront . It should also be mentioned that when the cleaners come to clean the other apartment you will think they are in your apartment due to the sounds coming through the walls....

Charleston

The place was great, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and great amenities but the neighborhood was kind of noisy. The noise machines provided in both bedrooms helped to offset the hospital bound helicopters and airplanes flight paths.

Everything was wonderful

It was clean and well appointed. It might have been nice if the directions told us, the condo was behind a restaurant. We had a little trouble finding it in the dark. Otherwise, it was a great week.

Great long weekend in Charleston

We had a great time on our girls weekend in Charleston. The property was perfect for us, great bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, well designed decor, just what we needed. It was a little further than walking distance to the main attractions of the city, but we enjoyed the quiet.

Very nice clean place. Would recommend.

This place was great and very spacious, clean, had plenty of everything we needed, toilet paper, bags, towels, clean linens, dishes. The only problem we had with the place was the air. It never stopped blowing. You couldn't sit on the couch without it blowing right down the back of your neck, the front bedroom was the same, air blew right down on my head the whole night. I would suggest a deflector that blows the air across the room. Also, the place is located in more of the campus district, 3 Universities in the area, not saying that's a bad thing, lots of great little cafe's within several blocks and very safe area to walk around. The famous King St. attractions, we walked to several times, was a bit of a walk every morning, longer than expected, but worth it. All in all, we had a great time, enjoyed every bit of Charleston, our stay was comfortable and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

Comfortable stay in Charleston

Convenient location 40 min walk to downtown. However, free DASH bus can be used, just 5-8 min walk to the closest stop. Nice bright spacious apartment, comfortable beds, smart TV.

Awesome Place I’m Charleston

Great house! The size for our group of 7 was very good and the interior was super cute. Perfect location to walk to parts of king street and downtown. Near great restaurants. Property manager was super responsive. Loved it!
