Great weekend

We had a very good stay at the property. Perfect for two couples, each having their own full bathroom. The property was just as listed. It was a chilly weekend so we needed to ask for more blankets and they were delivered very promptly. Would stay here again.

Wonderful!

My friend and I had a wonderful birthday weekend staying here. The place was perfect for the 2 of us. We each had our own bedroom and bath while enjoying the kitchen/living area together. It is close to great restaurants and nice to get your steps in if you want to go further south in Charleston. I highly recommend this unit.

Clean, conveniently located, couple friendly

We(2couples)checked in on a Friday and out on a Sunday. Communication and the check in process was very smooth. The property was just lovely: clean, well stocked, comfortable bedding, in a quiet area, great water pressure, and AC worked great! Although our unit did not include street parking, the parking garage was just a short walk a couple blocks away. (24 daily, but midnight to midnight, so be aware). We would definitely stay at this property again and perhaps take advantage of the added club perk offered.

Amazing stay!

I would comfortably rate our stay at a very strong 5 star in every category. The idea of combining a luxury hotel experience with a remarkable VRBO is a real winner. Don't bring a thing. It's all there. Towels, beds are luxury, etc. An experience that will bring us back.

Fantastic Stay in Charleston

Clean and spacious property at the perfect location. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we had a very easy time walking to Kings Street to enjoy the restaurants and nightlife in Charleston. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great Home, Wonderful Location

This is a beautiful place to stay located next to some amazing shops and restaurants in Charleston. Easy access to what this great city has to offer, and the home comes with all the amenities you could want in a rental. Only regret is not staying longer to enjoy it more!

Holy City Getaway

Nice location for those who don’t mind a little walking to get to the downtown action. There were some nearby restaurants that were very good…Pink Cactus and Big Bad Breakfast. Would stay here again!

Great get away

The VRBO was great!! Quick response from the stay duvet employees. Location was fabulous! We were able To walk everywhere. Tons of dining close by..everywhere!!! Drove to Sullivan Beach 2 days. Very easy drive to get there! Will definitely stay here again! Thanks so much! It was awesome!!

First time in Charleston. What a great location to walk to so many sites, lovely old time feel but all updated and modern. My husband and I both agreed it was a great find!

Convenient and cozy

This is great property! It’s quiet, and in a great location. The floor plan allows for common areas to hang out and for privacy with bedrooms located on opposite ends. Very clean, and stocked with everything you’d need. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. This would be first choice for my next visit!

We very much enjoyed our stay! It is a fun neighborhood. Was a little bit noisy for mid-winter break. The floors could use a bleach or steam cleaning. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our time at 81 Spring!

Great location

This is the perfect weekend or quick getaway property. The staff is very friendly and responsive. The property is within walking to everything you need or want to visit in Historic Charleston. As an amputee the stairs are more than manageable. I will be back!!

Good Location

81 Spring is located very close to King St. We were able to walk all the way down to the market and to the Battery. There are also free city buses that are available all day. The house is in a residential area and felt very safe. Enough space inside for the four of us, although we were out most of the time. The place was clean. Not a lot of room in the bathrooms and the bedroom could use some hooks. Overall we all enjoyed the house and Charleston.
