Located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from the marsh.

Three short miles to the Folly Beach Pier. Ten miles to downtown Charleston.

Relaxing sitting and dining areas inside and outside.

Master Suite with king bed (ceiling fan), private full bathroom with sunlight, deep tub and double vanity.

Two additional bedrooms, both with queen beds and shared full bathroom.

Living room has Roku soundbar along with Sling and Netflix account set up for unlimited use.

House comes stocked with household necessities including linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand & dish soaps, laundry & dish detergents, toilet paper & paper towels and trash bags.

The house had what we needed and we enjoyed our weekend there. We had a great time golfing, walking the beaches searching for sharks teeth, and sampling the local restaurants.

Appreciated the amenities including a stocked home with essentials and laundry detergent! The location is perfect for visiting Folly Beach and historic Charleston! Respondes were quick with the owner which was also appreciated. Highly recommend! Great value for the price!!

Awesome place and location.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to Folly Beach. It's also close to grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was so convenient and comfortable. Great communication with the owners and they even stopped by to drop off dishwasher detergent as they had forgotten to stock it. It was a great vacation and it's very difficult to beat this place .

Wow what a fantastic stay! All the amenities right there for you. From nice appliances in kitchen to beach chairs umbrella - even coffee and instant pancake mix to help us out with breakfast the morning after our arrival! Spacious and beautifully designed home. We loved this house! It was in a wonderful neighborhood, quiet, secluded, but yet close to everything. The house was clean spacious and just felt homey.. the owner communicated with me anytime I had a question. It was very flexible to our needs.. we absolutely loved our stay and hope to stay again

Wonderful! Perfect location between The Citadel/Folly Beach

Family was there for Citadel graduation. Absolutely perfect location with minimal traffic between the Citadel, Folly Beach, and downtown. No delays getting to all the school events. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The property was perfectly clean with plenty of privacy for mom and dad 20-something kids. Very comfortable beds, roomy living area & kitchen and nice balcony outfitted for outdoor eating or lounging. Very reasonable cost; much less than a hotel. Loved it. Highly recommend.

Short, but great stay

My son and I stayed here for three nights. The interior of the house is very nice and modern with a nice kitchen area and comfortable bedrooms. The proximity to the beach is great, especially if you want a nice, quiet stay with a very short drive to all the action.

Could use alittle sprucing up outside, Could tell it was off-season.Master suite was nicely upgraded although it could use alittle more counter space.Interior was alittle dated, but overall it served its purpose for us. Thank you!

OK Weekend Stay

Pretty much as described. Ease of checking in was good. House was sufficient for us. We did not cook or eat there so didn’t need use of whatever was provided for use. Floors and bathrooms were ok but could have had a bit more attention. Front porch also needed cleaning before used for sitting on furniture. Convenient location to everything Folly!
