Beautiful Location

Very quiet and cozy place. Highly recommend over a hotel any day. Decor and spaciousness make it feel homey. Easy check-in and -out process. Charlevoix is also a great location.

Within a short walk there are shops and restaurants but we also enjoyed spending time on the deck and taking in the amazing water views. Excellent stay. Would definitely return!

Super clean and comfortable. Bed was great so I got a great night’s sleep. Beautifully decorated. They seemed to think of everything and had everything we needed. Tap water had an odd taste so I’d recommend bringing your own bottled water to drink. Heated bathroom fan was fantastic!!

Great location!

Would stay here again. Had everything we needed for 2 couples. The only perceived flaw was that they only provided 1 towel per person for the entire stay. This did not end up being a problem though. We asked for more and they were delivered in 5 minutes.

We were able to walk across the street to the Weathervane restaurant and take drinks/food to go from On The Edge (the restaurant in the hotel)! It was a great stay, I can't wait to go back!

We spent many hours just sitting on the balcony having a glass of wine enjoying the water. Beautifully updated bathrooms along with clean and in good condition furniture made this a seamless trip. Perfect location where you can just walk to everything you need. Do not hesitate to book this room!

We have been going here for 20+ years and seen many management services. There is no one on staff at night and during the day less than helpful. Over priced for service.

Great stay overall…. But…

This location and view can’t be beat! We LOVED walkability to downtown and the view of beautiful round lake. The condo was comfortable and clean and very nice, however, it was listed as a “sleeps 6” property and thus the price tag went with that. We have 5 in our family and when we arrived, we found out there was no couch pull out like was listed. We received 10% back as a courtesy but our teenage son slept on an airmat the whole trip. It just wasn’t ideal for what we paid for not everyone to have a bed. I saw the listing has been updated to be more accurate but this was a major draw back for us. Otherwise we had a great vacation and loved Charlevoix.

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the place. Very clean and modern. 2 king beds were comfortable and unit was quiet. Everything you need was pretty much there, except laundry supplies and food. The coffeemaker had some filters and a few packages of coffee. Blankets were available if needed. Nice decor! We loved the balcony in the mornings and evenings. You can see the drawbridge and the boats coming thru. Across and down just a bit you could watch the large ferry that takes people, supplies, bikes, cars and even smaller boats to the island. It was interesting watching the crew in the early morning hours getting all boarded and getting out on time. We were able to walk to most places, and the restaurants had good food. Nice shops to explore. We would most definitely come back here and would recommend to others!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were the two issues. In one of the bedrooms, the bed sheets were not changed from the pervious customers stay. There were multiple hairs inside the bedsheets.My wife fell as she left the building, and the employee that was vacuuming the hallway witnessed this. She did not come outside to help, and kept vacuuming. When I went to the front desk to express my concerns, there was nobody at the front desk. A very disappointing stay.
