“Not modernized, but somewhat expected.Place was clean and lake view was a little restricted but still captivating.Bathrooms for each bedroom was the main reason for our renting of this home.Location was within walking distance for restaurants, shopping, etc.Hosts we’re responsive, 2 of the 11 bathrooms were short hand towels and wash clothes and that was resolved the following day.Lighting for the bathroom mirrors needs improvement.Apple blossom bathroom tub needs work, tub unstable when……

“Lovely yard and outdoor amenities. The kitchen and sun porch were wonderful and we spent a lot of time gazing at the lake. Had some trouble with temperature control in the house. Great location with quick access to both Charlevoix and Petoskey. ”

“If you need a good night's sleep away from the expensive lodging in Petoskey, this is a great choice. Really nice setting. It is mainly just a comfy bedroom, but the view on a nice deck for morning coffee is superb, and a nearby snack & coffee shack just steps from the door makes for some nice hanging out time. We stayed one night on our way up north to a weekend music festival, and we stopped again on our way home to take a one-hour kayak trip across the street, a livery owned by the VRBO……

“Took my teenagers here for a short spring break trip and had a great time! The house is great with beautiful views of Lake Charlevoix and close to many activities. Even though we had colder weather and rain, we found lots of fun things to do - Boyne Mountain for zip lining, Sky Bridge and drove around the lake to Charlevoix and Lake Michigan. I was confused by the check in process by my own fault and Brienna was very responsive and quick to help. We had a great time!”
