Great location to all downtown

I booked this as I had a business trip to downtown Charlotte. This location was very convenient and was very clean. I'll be booking this again if I get back to Charlotte.

Stay in Charlotte

We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. We liked the layout with the two bedrooms, sharing a bathroom on each side. There was plenty of space and very clean. The one improvement the kitchen was not very well stocked compared to other places we’ve rented, that could use an upgrade. We did reach out to the owner to let them know we needed, additional cups, cooking sheets, silverware plates and everything arrived the very next morning. We appreciated the quick response!

I do not recommend…

This is the worst experience I ever had on VRBO. Parking for a 4 bedroom was terrible. You only get 1 parking pass then it’s $14.50 every 10 hrs each car to park. So the description is misleading. One of the beds has something biting me. The property manager was very unprofessional when dealing with problems about the property. She attempted to force me to use another site which would charge me more fees. I do not recommend renting this place…u can get a better deal somewhere else.
