"Excellent location for those wanting to be close to the MSP airport or Mall of America. The staff was friendly, the breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious but the best amenities provided was the shuttle service to/from MSP, Mall of America, and the light rail transit center nearby. I’d definitely recommend this location."

"Front desk was not very friendly. Did not make a great impression. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Shower was nice and enjoyed the breakfast."

"Amber was who we checked in with. My wife and I were staying at the hotel for our 21 anniversary. I asked Amber if she had any anniversary specials. She said let me see what we can do. Later that night we got back to the room and there were anniversary balloons with a bag of waters, popcorn and M & Ms. That meant a lot to us. Thank you Amber."

"Maybe when there’s gonna be a big concert at your amphitheater, you should open up reservations before 4 o’clock maybe so we don’t have to wait in line for our hour and a half just to get checked in."

"The rooms facing inside are ok. But, you can’t tell if it’s night or day. They charged me for early check in but, took it off later. I had to ask for my VIP perks. The hotel was nice."

"The shuttle service to and from the mall and airport was excellent- the drivers were very pleasant and efficient.Breakfast was adequate not great and there was no housekeeping during the 3 days of our stay."
