“This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet area of Bergerac but very close to the railway station. My room was very comfortable and clean with a good bathroom that was also very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is very good. I would definitely stay there again.”

“This is a very central hotel, and at first glance is very much in the traditional mould. However everything is modern, comfortable and works. There's even a pool and the breakfast was very good. “Whilst this was only an overnight stay, we were so impressed that we are already planning our next trip to include the La Gambetta. “Avons réservé une chambre dans ce bel établissement authentique de Dordogne. Avant de partir de Bordeaux, j’ai appelé pour savoir s’il était aussi possible de déjeuner, grand bien m’en a pris car notre déjeuner foi gras et cœur de canard était juste un régal assaisonné comme nous apprécions. “À notre arrivée, nous avons eu un très bel accueil par la patronne de l'hôtel " Le Tropicana" des informations et des conseils sur les loisirs de la région. L'hôtel est très sympathique, propre, et très calme. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute de ses clients. La chambre est très spacieuse, propre, la literie et de bonne qualité.
