“The apartment was clean, comfortable, welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 28 day stay Comfortable bed, comfy sofa, high definition TV with theater sound system. Covered Garage Parking was super convenient during winter weather conditions. Easy walk to the Mayo Clinic, Saint Mary’s hospital and Mayo clinic downtown. Check-in was super easy. Host was very responsive, very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend staying here, couldn't ask for more. We have already……

“It’s floor apartment, garage, had everything I needed for a great stay.”

“I was worried when I saw the outside of the building but inside when you got past the stairs that went up, it was very nice. We had trouble figuring out the TV. The instructions in the welcome manual were not very good. But we did figure it out. The carpet under the dining room was scattered with lots of debris but the rest of the place was very clean. They had forgotten to have a towel to dry the dishes- - not a big deal. And the kitchen faucet got stuck and I had to dig it out to work-- never……

“This was a great location in relation to the Mayo. I wish you would do something about the steps up to the unit. The gutter over the bottom step leaks and drips on that bottom step. It froze over night and when I went out the next morning I slipped on that step. I was able to catch myself but someone else might not. It was adequate for our needs. The landlord was very receptive to our needs. One last thing was the TV is not hooked up to anything so it was of no use. Overall for the price it was……

“This apartment was so cute and quaint, everything was clean and the check-in process was seamless. I asked them to turn down the heat and they responded right away. It was a little warm up there but keeping the windows open helped no problem. It was just a short walk away from St. Mary's campus and I felt completely safe in my apartment.”

“We have stayed at this VRBO a number of times and have always found it to be a great cabin with everything we needed. Love the patio around the fire pit and the supply of wood in the horse trailer. This location is wonderful for bird watching.”

“We had a very nice long weekend here with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the land was great for exploring! The kids enjoyed the endless pool. The showers had great pressure and the whirlpool was enjoyed by most - by it was a tub, not a hot tub. The kitchen, while manageable, could use some additions including spatulas, scrappers, cookie sheets - some items one might consider a staple. More practicable dinnerware and cups/glasses might be worth providing. We "figured" out how to work……
