"We had Room 200 which large enough for us. The bathroom was immaculate and appeared to be new. Not much of a view but we were not bothered by this. Tea and coffee making facilities and comfy bed. The building itself was amazing as regards an old Spa hotel but some parts looked as though it needed some TLC. The earliest you go for breakfast the better as it gets really busy but the food is still plentiful. "

"The Expedia listing needs to be clearer, we booked a Crescent room and incorrectly assumed it had a view of the crescent and area surrounding, to get the view you need to book the Crescent superior room. "We really enjoyed our stay. The Inn is on a fairly busy road, which means it's easy to find with loads of parking - but most of the better known walks are a drive away. "Good comms on the phone before I arrived. Kindly suggested that I park at the secure NCP car park next door as there had been some theft recently, which was cheap enough. The room I was given had been smoked in (not the hotels fault) - the guys on the reception immediately swapped me to another room with no quibbling which was great. Hotel could do with a couple of touch ups, but it was clean and friendly and an absolute bargain compared to other options. Very good breakfast too"
