Experience Chattanooga like a local in this 3-bedroom bungalow. The superb property features 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 murphy bed, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. We are located in North Shore, an eclectic neighborhood with shops, local eateries & bars. Coolidge Park is within walking distance if you are able to walk 1.2 miles. Newly renovated Riverview Park is nearby and is a great place for kids, offering swings, slides and a playground. Stroll along the sidewalks to visit popular restaurants like Daily Ration, The Co-Op, Tremonts Tavern, IL Primo, and more. Guests can park on driveway, sidewalk or on street.
Fully equipped kitchen and laundry in the house.

Pros and Cons from Our Stay

Pros: The property is close to downtown. It is bikeable, but not walkable. The neighborhood was quiet. Cons: We had three issues with this stay. 1-We contacted the host a couple of days before travel for information, but no response. We also never received checkout instructions. 2-We were uncomfortable with no window covering over windows at entrances and cameras right outside uncovered windows. We covered with towels to feel more secure. 3-We were not expecting spotless, especially with a pet-friendly property; however, this property needs a deep cleaning. I lost an earring and in trying to find it, discovered thick layers of dust and built-up pet hair, game tiles, nail polish, crayons, clothes, paper, and an extinguished cigarette. When I swept our traffic areas before leaving, there was a pet hair that was not from one pet.

Comfy.

We didn’t spend much time in the house, but the beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t really comment on that. I didn’t receive checkout instructions, so I hope by taking the garbage out and putting all the towels on the washer was enough.
