“This is one our favorite hotels to stay in when in the Houma LA area visiting with family. The location is perfect for shopping, dining and even entertainment. The staff are so amazing here and super helpful with accommodating our needs. Although they no longer have a pool on site, they did replace it with a very comfortable patio area. It's has plenty of seating for relaxing and lounging. Perfect place to sit and have your morning breakfast or a hot beverage before you start your day.”

“I couldn't check in till exactly 3pm. I'm ok with that but they oversold thier rooms due to a company who came in. All the people booking on expedia nearly had no room. When I did get a room it was dirty still dirty towels, some others clothes still hanging. Had a food box with crab in it and bugs. They said they would come by and clean it but after an hour I just cleaned it myself. I know they can do better but it was mayhem.”

“When you check in make sure they have you accounted for your entire stay. My daughter had four nights stay with Expedia and Hampton only had her for three nights stay. Her card was charged for the four nights and had to convince the Hampton people she was right. They insisted she had to call Expedia about the matter. Not no but no way. They finally acknowledged that she was right. A customer should be given more acknowledgement up front and not have to completely keep explaining that they have……
