"Staff were nice and helpful. The layout and all set up are above standard. I didn’t know they had a new policy for the swimming pool access when I booked the room, I got a message from the hotel they only allow guests of superior room or higher to access, or you pay for extra, When we checked in the staff gave us complimentary access, I don’t know if this is special treatment or for all guests who didn’t know the changes. The swimming pool was small and also a bit crowded, they rented out one third of it for classes so I just stayed a bit but they have steam room and sauna. However the location is quite remote from public transport or shop but the room rate explains it all."
