“They over booked themselves. This was a very special weekend. All hotels within 30 miles radius are sold out for Marian’s Day weekend. At the arrival. No one there to check in. All they have the sign with the name and phone numbers. I called them 15 times. Left the voicemail and even texted them. Nothing. They’re ghosted. And charged me for the night that I didn’t even receive any service.”

“The room was clean. Didn’t like the beds were like sleeping on the floor they were so hard. The air was not on in the room and it was 97 degrees outside and took forever to cool the room down. Also said they put the money on hold and it took it out of my account immediately and I still have not received my deposit back even though we hardily used anything in the room not even the tv. And we had 4 people in the room and only enough coffee for 2 and not enough sugar or creamer for 1 cup. Had to……

“Hotel is horrible. First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned and appeared someone was already using the room. Manager apologized and gave me another room. It was late, so not worth complaining anymore but new room wasn't very clean, tub and sink were broken, TV was unplugged and didn't work, AC worked on and off. The property is horrible and not taken care of. Pool was an accident waiting to happen, no water in the pool, trash in the pool, gate wide open for a child to fall in pool. Not a……
