"This place is beautiful!! The views are incredible and the yard is huge with lots of room to play games and sit around the fire pit at night. The houses have everything you need. Just bring food and beverages! There are hay fields surrounding the property and we were able to watch the hay get cut, fluffed and then rolled. It was fascinating to watch. Hot tub was perfect! Amos is a great host and we will most definitely come back again!!"

"Hotel Pratt is not really a traditional hotel. It is an interesting and comfortable rental property that is a hotel without a front desk. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The communication with Angie and CJ is excellent. They really do care about your comfort and concerns. The parking is fantastic. Cooperstown can be a parking nightmare. At the Hotel Pratt, nearly everything and place is easily walkable. Definitely recommend this! "

The fire place was functional and really added to our experience. "This property was clean and sufficient for 6 people. The hosts were very responsive when a need arose. The only issue we had were the flying bugs that seemingly come out of nowhere at night when lights are on in the house. We had to make sure to keep all lights off when the sun went down to prevent the bugs from taking over. Other than that, we were satisfied with our week’s stay. The scenery is beautiful."
