“My 2 grandsons & I had a wonderful visit at the Riverkeeper Inn. The Riverfront is beautiful & lots of nature to enjoy. They also liked riding around on the golf cart in the neighborhood checking out the deer & birds. Very peaceful. It was a nice getaway for them being from Texas. ”

“Overall, this is a great property. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there’s plenty of space. There were a few accoutrements we expected that weren’t there but nothing critical. The property doesn’t get much sunlight given it’s setting among dense trees, so that’s great for sleeping but just know there isn’t a lot of sunshine to enjoy on the deck or throughout the house. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

“In a great location for walking to the historic area of Harper's Ferry, the Appalachian trail, and Jefferson Rock. If you are fond of cemeteries it is close to Harper's cemetery. Hosts' gave great suggestions of places to eat and things to do.Cozy and clean - if you want a lot of space, you'll probably want something else, but this was perfect for just us especially since we were busy out sight seeing!”

“House was clean, there was enough dishes to cook with. there is only one bathroom which worked out fine because there are two half baths. Joe was also pleasant to work with, it was my second time booking with vrbo, he made me comfortable with the check in prosses. planning a trip need a place that is centrically located and easy to find I would suggest you give this house a try.”

“What a nice, history rich house to stay in. You can tell it has old bones but has been maintained and is full of character. Loved the relaxing setting with the river running around the house. Plenty to explore on the property down by the water and in the woods. Exactly what’s needed for a relaxing get away. Close to town as well for anything needed. Kirsten was a great host. ”

"We requested a comforter at 10:00pm and the front desk told us that the housekeeping office was locked already and we cannot have an extra comforter because of that. As a result, we have to live through the cold night without an extra comforter"
