「I book the room at KAYAK, but the staff told me that there is NO room when I arrived. And gave me another address. It is much inconvenient !」

「best experience」

「No issues at all, loved it」

「Good 」

「Nice hotel. Clean and nice staffs.」

「It’s unfortunate how much poor quality costs. This motel was rundown in every way. Dirty, stained carpeting, rotting floors in the hallways, non-working switches, and a heavy weed smell throughout. One positive: front desk attendants were helpful and friendly.」

「Requested 2 Queen Beds, but I only got 1 King bed room. The staff should ask me first before changing the room type. 」

「Great service and clean」

「We have stayed here at least a dozen times. Breakfast used to be better and is now standard hotel fare. Desk staff needed to be trained better.....One person was knowledgeable but not there when we checked in. The parking lot was full and we had to ask for recommendations about where to put our car. Desk person had to ask someone else, and then didn't know how to get to the suggested garage. We were told that parking in that garage was $5 a day. Went to the garage but it was full. Drove...

「Just okay. Room was dated. Huge gap under door. Exposed wires. Almost as if room was mid renovation. You had to pay for breakfast which seemed odd for the type of hotel. I would recommend staying here for one night only. If you need to stay longer, go to one of the other hotel chains up the street.」
