「They canceled my reserved room without informing me. Earlier, I called them because my flight was delayed and asked whether they could either move my reservation to the next day or provide a refund. They told me that neither option was possible. At no point did I ask them to cancel my reservation. 「We stayed at the cottage. Living room, full kitchen and half bth on first floor while bed room and full bath on top. Very clean and well prepared. The outside garden is beautiful. Main building where main office locat we is very clean and nice to visit while we have breakfast there. Hidden gem!」

「This place is adorable! My girls and I booked it last minute for a girls weekend trip and they loved that they got to ring the original school bell everyday! The beds were so comfortable, the decor was "old school" and decorated with antiques, which I love! The place was clean, the hot tub was wonderful, the owners always quickly responded, and it being pet friendly was a bonus so we got to bring our GoldenDoodle! Highly recommend! 」

「Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.」
