Very nice and helpful staff. The conditions of the hotel are not updated, sheets and towels are not in the best conditions. We did not used the pool but we noticed someone cleans it. It is far from downtown but the staff can get taxis.

Fiesta Inn Chetumal Hotel
It was better than most hotels in Chetumal. They need to upgrade as room looked a little beat up. The pool was nice on the roof.

Lovely spot with friendly staff, delicious food. Appreciated the kayaks and morning birdsong. No complaints!! I only counted 5 colors in lagoon however. lol.
