“A unique stay in Bacalar, definitely worth it. Away from the town, nestled in the serene jungle without distractions and crystal clear water down at the lagoon. We took a tour from Bacalar itself on a sailboat, however nice it was we’d probably choose to just stay at the hotel next time - the grounds really are that beautiful. Good to know that wifi is a bit unstable (we hade some issues when trying to pay our taxidriver). ”

“Nos gustó el trato de Anita la recepcionista, siempre atenta y amable a nuestras necesidades. Lo que podría mejorar el hotel es que tienen perritos lo cual es muy agradable pero a veces en el jardín se percibía un olor a pipi del perrito, eso sería lo único a mejorar. ”

“Very nice place, great location, and the rooms were very nice and clean. Bring water shoes since the beach does not have a sandy bottom. ”

“10/10! Worth every penny. My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and were able to truly unplug and unwind here. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The property is clean and gorgeous. The amenities like complimentary breakfast (which was a very generous portion and delicious), exercise classes (mat Pilates, barre and yoga), water coloring class and paddle boards for guests made our experience top tier. The outdoor shower felt super clean and I couldn’t wait to use it everyday. The only down……
