What a gem of a place! The staff went above and beyond making our short stay so wonderful. I didn’t get his name, but the night lobby attendant was super friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff were so lovely, sweet, and pleasant. Thank you so much, Mora!

The service was over the top excellent. I had the breakfast one morning and it was good. The room was very comfortable. They arranged a day trip for a friend and me to go to the Golden Triangle. It was fabulous. The pedicab evening tour, on the other hand, was a waste..i recommend BirdBread Bakery only 300m away.

This property deserves more than five stars, especially for the price. The staff are all remarkably sweet and amazing and helpful. The property is spotless! It’s adorable, clean, friendly and functional! It is a nice little retreat with nice beds, linens, shower, etc. Can’t thank them enough!

We loved this property. Right from the check-in we were taken care of - We were given welcome drinks, which we loved so much that we asked for a second serving. They provided us a quick orientation and gave us some really good tips. Special shout to G, she went above and beyond in looking after us. The rooms are clean, pretty spacious and well kitted out. The bed was super comfortable. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The fried banana with ice cream was devine. The Pad Thai and Masaman curry was lovely. There were lots of breakfast options. The staff made our stay - everyone had a smile on their face. Very polite and friendly. This has been our best hotel stay in Thailand so far and we have stayed in some lovely hotels.

What a delightful experience. The breakfast is really good, especially the Thai options. The building is full of traditional Thai furniture and fittings which are beautiful. Best of all, the staff are so friendly and professional and go out of their way to enhance the guest experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Fantastic hotel!
We had a great stay and the hotel is beautiful. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and they also have a restaurant and rooftop. The hotel also has a small gym and unfortunately the pool was under construction when we were there but we got to go to the hotel across the street to use their pool so wasn’t a problem. Staff was super friendly and helpful and helped organize a driver for the day as well as recommended where to eat in the evenings, called the restaurant beforehand and ordered a car for us to get there. The hotel is approximately 15 min walk from the center and you can borrow bikes for free.

Amazing breakfast. It is continental style in additional to ordered-to-cook menu with lots of great options. Def order the breakfast khao soi (non-spicy) and it is amazing. Wish we couldve ate lunch or dinner there. Iced lattes are good. The drinks at the bar are a little pricey but delicious and a great portion. No issue with water pressure or temperature. Tub is smaller than it looks and only fits one person. Perfect location, close to tourist attractions like the Blue Temple and the Night Bazaar. White Temple is a quick drive. Massage Parlors by the Night Bazaar is where you want to get massages. The staff at this hotel were all AMAZING and very friendly and willing to help.

Great hotel in Chiang Rai! Lovely staff, nice location, and phenomenal value. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Chiang Rai. The rooftop bar is a great place for a sunset cocktail.

Modern, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Balcony overlooking pool. Superb service…nothing too much trouble! Most helpful staff, from reception to daily room cleaning. Our room …602, was a joy to return to and our cleaner was truly professional and was a wonderful credit to the Mora Hotel. We stayed for 13 nights and loved everything about the hotel. Special mention to Koong..who offered great food and drink service…such a joy to meet and we wish her and all staff good wishes. Great choice of breakfast and dinner.
