"Everyone at this hotel was in extremely helpful. It was definitely worth the price. One of the biggest breakfast buffets I have ever seen at a hotel. The hotel was very clean and quiet for the most part. The only downfall was there was no parking but we just used public transportation. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"I pulled up to the hotel and was told they oversold their rooms. They offered me $50 and an extra $10 for a taxi to their other location, 1 mile away and not at all on the river. I lost my river room, and lost my centralized location which I had planned my whole itinerary around. I was only in Chicago for a day and it was my first time ever visiting, and I had to cancel my museum tour due to the extra time I had to spend walking and riding the train. Instead I slept in a room with a view of a brick wall, literally"
