Alma was so courteous and warm! She and the young man who takes care of storing the luggage have Superb customer service. They are the reason I would return to this hotel.

The room was very nice and spacious! I traveled with my family, so it was 4 of us in which it was perfect, nice views as well! Great front desk.

Aloft Chicago Mag Mile
Room was great. Staff was great! Very nice, clean. Our only difficulty was the water pressure...barely any water would come out of the sink, and not enough pressure to even rinse our razors. Thanks for your hospitality!
