The Space:
This spacious penthouse features a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two queen bedrooms providing ample closet space.
The modern living area offers a comfortable gathering space, complete with a 75" TV and a Sonos sound system. The kitchen is well-equipped with high-end appliances for your culinary needs, and two rollaway beds are conveniently located in the living room.
A rollaway bed is in the unit for an extra guest, and a Pack 'n Play is available on request.

Other Things to Note:
- For the safety of all our guests, we handle a $2500 security deposit via credit card and a simple background check, requiring valid ID from all adults. Kindly review our house rules before booking.
- Parking Policy: Parking is $50 per night, but spots are limited, so ask when you book to check availability!
- Our standard time for check-in is 4:00 PM. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, the earliest possible check-in time is 6:00 PM.
