It was a great location. The room we had on the first floor was great. Something to note though: It is next to the alley with the dumpsters, so occasionally it can be loud. The staff were helpful and immediately dealt with any situations that came up. I would absolutely stay there again, but maybe a floor or two up:)

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was super clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. All of the amenities were so useful and made our stay feel incredibly comfortable and convenient. It honestly felt like we had our own little apartment right in the city! The space was cozy, clean, and felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff and beautiful, spacious room! I left my purse accidentally in the lobby and a staff employee put it in the office for me. Absolutely love the aesthetic of the room. Very clean and feels like an apartment you’re coming home to.

Very convenient and safe location, really enjoyed the stay! Loved all the shower products, the bed was comfortable, and the room was nice and spacious. Only complaint was the noise in the building! Not sure if it was plumbing or the elevator or what it was, but it was definitely noticeable.

Stylish loft apartment, extremely spacious with well equipped and generous kitchen area and good en-suite. Very trendy and clean. On downside, entry instructions didn’t come through when promised, which caused panic and the walls are paper thin - if you have a rowdy party next door, you’re doomed. Location is great for main railway station but the centre is a 20min trudge away, albeit along the excellent river walk. Lou Mitchells diner next door is an absolute must

Great place to stay very close to Union Station. Very easy to catch a ride-share. Nice when you’re saying with a family, but don’t wanna share a room still have your own privacy. Will definitely stay again.
