Gorgeous and clean hotel! The staff was extra friendly and helpful--offered us the suite at the same price!! The views of the lake are extraordinary. The breakfast was underwhelming, but happy and cozy. Can't beat the location and the comfort!

It was an amazing view of the city. I might’ve got the best room in the hotel in my opinion. The front desk guy was nice and it was not crowded what so ever. It felt like an exclusive hotel.

Big room, excellent view and staff are friendly. The down side.. no sign about toilet and we had issue, eventually they did fix it. Cleaning- need to ask for .. we did not know we need to ask, once it was cleaned but amenities were not fill out so we need to ask manually. Everything was great, except the person for my check-in, seems that he was not really in the mood, and I felt I was bothering him more than anything else. But besides that, a perfect stay, the room was clean, amenities too, and the breakfast surprised me (in a good way) I was not expecting it.
