VRBO renters have access to the entire first-floor private unit. The owner lives in a private separate independent unit within the building. There is a shared entrance to the building with common hallways in the front and back of the building. The laundry machines are located in the basement of the building and are shared with the rooftop event space.

Awesome Place
This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to Wrigley! Literally steps across the street from the left field gate. Everything was wonderful and property management was responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again.
