“The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout. “Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage an einer großen Hauptstraße, was aber durch die neuen Fenster kaum zu hören ist. Genau gegenüber findet man die Weltbekannte Pizzeria, wo die Pizza Margherita erfunden wurde. Desweiteren findet man in unmittelbarer nähe viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Cafés. Auch die Metro ist nicht weit, der Hafen ist 20 min. weg, sowie auch der Hauptbahnhof.

“My family and I recently stayed at B&B Universita (August 2025). The room was perfect for a family of four and was very clean. “This is a great hotel. Very modern and clean in a classy office building and good location near the historic district. The service was great and friendly by everyone. “The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples.
