“This is a wonderful friendly, family pub. We had the good fortune to book off-season and the hotel/room type accommodation was of a very high standard. How many places offer fresh milk in the fridge for your Nespresso (4 varieties to choose from), or have a high quality TV that works well, great ?home-made shortbread. - not many. The restaurant is a go-to in the immediate area (of well-heeled discerning people) so supper and breakfast were both great - though I don't know what cooked would have……

“Clean room of good size with some refreshed fittings and everything working well. Good bed, if a bit short (though only for very tall folks). Super helpful staff, unpretentious and smiley. Only 'complaint' is that I think I read on Expedia that reception closes at midnight... But then told that I could have got into the room even if I had arrived later... Ironically this meant I rushed and stressed when I was delayed on my journey by other things. Not their fault ofc but had I known that 5 mins……

“Great location. Plenty of safe parking . The bedroom was a good size and well equipped. ”

“We (my son and I) booked a twin bedded room but it was a double. The assistant manager gave us a second room for the first night and sorted out the twin for our second plus offered me a complimentary drink. It was an error on their part but we were impressed with how well they handled the situation.”

“The hotel, pub was absolutely perfect. The staff were excellent especially Tarik excuse me if not spelt correctly. All staff were extremely attentive. Room was so cozy, a little in the warm side but we didn’t see the thermostat as slightly hidden. We ate at the pub on Friday, food, drinks all excellent. Breakfast was fresh and hot. We will definitely be back.”

“Room spacious and clean. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Food was nice. Breakfast was nice the only slightly negative thing was glasses and plates were not replenished we had to ask for that to be done despite 2 staff being in the area. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel . staff were welcoming at reception ”

“I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area. Would recommended and would……
