“The person who greeted us (I think James?) was very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Room felt fresh and had some cool old features. The shower and bed were fantastic. We had a really good pizza and a pint for about £14 each in the lovely gardens (they even put vegan cheese on for me). The breakfast was delicious with high quality ingredients. All in all it was a great stay and good value for money. We hope to see you again post-festival in 2027, thank you for having us!”

“Stayed here for two nights while visiting Bath. Loved the room (named "Jake") with its compact space and the layout between the room and the bathroom. You just can't get places that have character like this in the States. Ate dinner both nights in the restaurant which was very good. On both nights (weeknights) the restaurant was full. The venison pie was outstanding. Opting for something more healthy my wife and I chose the porridge with local honey the first morning and repeated the same……

“Ein kleines Paradies, sehr nette Eigentümer, tolles, grünes Grundstück mit Ausblick, sauberes, geräumiges Häuschen, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche zur Begrüßung mit frischen Lebensmitteln (Brot, Butter, Obst, Milch, Kaffee...)gefüllt. 6 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Glastonbury oder in die andere Richtung zum Pup" The Bird" mit einer hervorragenden Küche.”

“An excellent and pretty property with everything you could need in the room. The host was exceptional in making us feel welcome and cooking delicious breakfasts and evening meals. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re visiting the showground for the antique fair as it is situated so close to it.”

“The receptions were very friendly and the staff was very helpful to carry out our luggage to the stairs and showed us the room; warm like a home. Except the male staff who were on duty while we checked out in the morning; he was the only staff in the reception and is not busy at all. However he has reacted expressionless while we asked for check out and not even saying a goodbye or thank you for staying to us; As a customers,it’s not a good impression at all while they served you with……

“I made a last minute booking and didn't arrive until midnight. My room was absolutely lovely. Super comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic. I really cant recommend highly enough. ”

“Couldn’t fault it. The hotel is ideally situated as a base for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is plentiful with a good choice. The staff go out of their way to help. All in all would thoroughly recommend a stay here”
