“The location was good. They did allow us to check in early and they allowed us to leave our luggage after check out and while we waited for our flight. However, the property and especially the room was not as advertised. The room looks nothing like the website. The room is very small, uncomfortable, and dingy. The bed appeared to be broken and uncomfortable. The bed mattress did not appear to match the bed frame. The blow dryer which was hard wired into the outlet did not work. There are……

“Execllent location and the room is clean with good variety of breakfast provided. Bed was extremely comfy. Do try out the restaurant opposite stay.”

“Clean room, good breakfast, good location.”

“Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.”

Resto bien.”

“Muy amables los propietarios y exelente ubicación”

“Very good property with very clean rooms and information was clear all along the process. Great for families as it’s next to the main mall in Temuco”

“In general the location is ok. However the place is old. Closets are broken and it’s dirty (the bad tub is disgusting), they offered cleaning (they cleaned the apartment 1 one) day and we stayed 5 days. The apartment has 2 rooms and the 3rd space is the living room which is FREEZING. They give you a small heater that takes 3hrs to heat up a room and smells like burnt and if you take a shower for more than 5 min the next person won’t have hot water”
