The first floor features a living and dining area with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom.

Upstairs, the king bedroom offers a waterfront balcony and a full bathroom accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.

The third floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed and a queen trundle, along with another waterfront balcony - perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery.

Fish or crab from the shared deepwater dock, which provides fabulous views across to Chincoteague Island.

Great views

This condo, town house was great. It is on Marsh Island, which we didn't realize was so close to Chincoteague Island,but in our opinion made this a plus. We felt like we were on our own private island. There are so many birds to see, I totally understand why the place is named "no egerts", lol. It was perfect for a walk each morning to comune with all the local ducks., there were even quite a few babies. The home itself, was nice, nothing lacking in the kitchen, lots of room with the 3 floors, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this property. Very nice!
