Three bedroom, two bath, beautiful home on Lake Dunford, aka Paradise Lake.
Tremendous, picturesque views of the Florida sunsets. Fishing, canoeing, row boating, swimming and paddle boarding on the lake.
Quiet and peaceful lake and surrounding area. Several other large lakes in the immediate vacinity.
Only 30 to 45 minutes away from some of the best beaches in the world, the beaches of 30A, like Panama City, Rosemary, Grayton, Destin, etc.

Lake House Retreat

Loved the property! The house was easy to find and the lake was beautiful. The home itself was clean and inviting. We loved the sun room / porch area! It is in a rural area and it was very quiet. I liked the security of being in a gated community. The location was perfect for Seacrest Wolf (about 10 mins). Its about 50 mins from Panama City Beach. We loved our time here and would stay here again!

Astounding
We felt at home the second we walked through the door. The house was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The beds must have been made out of clouds, because they were unbelievably comfortable. The location was fantastic, and the lake view was stunning! We will absolutely be staying here on our next trip.

Our Home Away From Home
We absolutely love this lakefront home! We’ve stayed here twice while visiting family in the area, and each time has been wonderful. The property is beautifully maintained and offers everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. The view of the lake is stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset, and we love starting each day with coffee in the Florida room.
The home itself is cozy, spotless, and stocked with thoughtful touches—from board games to kitchen essentials. The layout is perfect for family gatherings, with spacious common areas and comfortable bedrooms. The private dock is fantastic for swimming, fishing, and kayaking.
The owners are incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure every detail is covered for a seamless stay. We look forward to returning every time we’re in the area—it really feels like a home away from home!

Our 2nd stay
We stayed here several years ago and it’s still a great place to stay. The home is conveniently located north of the PCB crowds and near several lovely State parks. However, you can sit on the dock and enjoy watching the fish jump or take the jon boat out on the beautiful lake. Immaculately clean and well supplied, I highly recommend this home.

Very relaxing and peaceful
We had a lovely time. We stayed here on 2 different occasions, and plan on returning again. Beautiful setting, quiet, relaxing and a perfect home for family. The boat dock on the lake is the ideal place to watch the sunset. The owner Don has always been more than helpful. And look forward to our next visit.

Excellent place to stay. Private, on the lake for fishing and swimming. Just up the road from Cypress Springs and Boat Lake swim park. Owners of the property were great to work with. Will definitely come back

GREAT PLACE TO JUST RELAX
What a great place to stay and enjoy northern Florida! We were there for a month and enjoyed it very much. The home is very well maintained with ample room and is stocked with all of the necessary cooking utensils and dishes that you might need. The lake view and sunsets are fantastic and beautiful. Would very much consider visiting again!

Visiting my son and wife
I rented this very comfortable home to visit my son and wife for 2 weeks. It was very clean and well stocked. They live near by, but this made it more comfortable for all. The home is lovely, and sits on a very calming lake. The neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking. I will definitely return for my next visit. The owners were very attentive and available if needed. It was a great experience.

Chipley Christmas 2021
I traveled to Chipley to visit with family who reside nearby so the house was well-located for our needs. Everything was as advertised. Communication with the owner was excellent. The home had every convenience needed for a comfortable stay and I found the towels particularly plush! Loved living on a lake for the weekend!!

Paradise Lakes weekend
My family enjoyed our three day weekend at Paradise Lakes. The home is very clean and comfortable. The view from the back of the home onto the lake is fabulous.
This home is approximately 30 to 40 minutes from Panama City in a rural area of Washington County, FL. It is very peaceful. It is perfect for some "chill" time and to reconnect with friends and family. If that is what you are looking for, then you will enjoy staying here.

Perfect Relaxation
The home was exactly as advertised, warm and welcoming. The neighborhood was very quiet. This made for a relaxing environment. Not far from PCB depending on traffic 35 -50 min.
The Host : responded timely.
I would highly recommend this vacation destination to anyone needing piece and quiet. The lake views will speak for themselves.
