"First impression the lobby looked good, the staff were very helpful, there was a massive variety of food at breakfast and the staff were very friendly, it’s a little further out of London than we normally stay, so we had to bus & tube into the centre. Our only fault I would say was with the room and housekeeping, the shower was lush and so powerful, but the quarter glass door that went along the bath did not hold any water in the bath area, so the whole room got wet, we had a coffee in the room on the Saturday evening & a cup that was bought up from breakfast, our coffee station was not cleaned, cleared or topped up, the coffee cup from the morning was still in the room, there were bits on the floor and the sink wasn’t cleaned at all. It looked like all they did was made the bed, I don’t think we would stay there again, but only for the fact that you had to bus & then tube into London."

"The hotel is ideally situated if you are visiting Westfield shopping centre, a quick five minute walk away. The room was clean and had everything you would need for an overnight stay."

"A great hotel, well priced, not far from Olympia, so used it when i was at a tradeshow, I do recommend!"

"Breakfast was Luke warm on both days. Too much made at once. Fried eggs were fried hard on the bottom but uncooked whites on the top. The bedroom was 25 degrees at all times regardless if the “air con” being on constantly. Windows don’t open so it was very uncomfortable. No fridge in the room so couldn’t keep any drinks cold. They ended up warm due to the room temperature. The outside temperature was a typical spring 17degrees so the room was not affected by external factor. In room tv received no tv channels. Only radio. Plus side. Very handy for the tube and bus. Lovely food in the restaurant. Comfy bed, just didn’t sleep due to the heat. No face to face checkout to discuss the issues. Was told to check out using the machine. Not very personable. "

"Tiny but clean room with a tiny bathroom on the top floor. This whole street has small, strangely named hotels in converted terraced buildings that were once private homes. It gives a strange vibe"

"Great room and hotel. If you don’t have too much luggage, you can easily walk to the airport, especially for an early morning flight."
