"This was a very fun and relaxing place to stay for four nights. We were a group of six with ages ranging from 0-70, and all of us really enjoyed it. "If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude.
