They love to open up their home for others to enjoy when not living there themselves.
The space on the ground floor is light and bright with all rooms leading into each other, but each can easily be closed off to provide a cosy feel. The family snug is a great place for all to watch TV and chill whilst the inner sitting room provides a wood burning stove, great for cosy adult chats, a good book and a glass of wine!
The stylish kitchen/diner provides ample space to cook and eat for six people with a further seating area and TV for entertainment. This leads out via bi-fold doors onto a raised decked area and down to the garden and patio. Further down the garden you will find a pond leading onto the reed marshes with another seating area, garden swing and garden room.
The first floor provides four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite). The main bedroom has a Kingsize bed, plenty of storage and stunning views across the marsh and harbour from its private balcony. The sunsets from here are amazing ! The guest bedroom sleeps two adults in a Kingsize bed with the two additional bedrooms having a single child size bed each.
There is a separate utility room off the kitchen and a cloakroom off the hallway on the ground floor.
To the front of the property is space for one large family car to park off road, whilst immediately adjacent is a free car-park to the Marsh for any other guest cars. An EV charger is also provided to the property. Guest access The entire house is available to guests except for the ground floor office which will be locked. The outbuildings will also be locked except for the garden room (no heating). Other things to note We wish to advise guests that there is a wildlife pond at the bottom of the garden which is not fenced off. This area is also open to the reed marsh. All children will need to be supervised at all times. The raised balcony has safety glass around the edge but has steps down to the garden.
