Very few rentals have this direct view and access to the beach and ocean. This condo boasts a large, completely private balcony while still providing a spectacular view of the beach, Long Reef, Christiansted and Buck Island.

Incredible sunrises will greet you each morning as you drink your morning coffee while the sunsets are best viewed while sipping a glass of wine, a cold beer or some Cruzan Rum.

Stroll out to the beach to sunbathe, relax in the shade under a palm tree or wade into the calm waters for a swim. Long Reef provides a break for the waves in addition to prime snorkeling directly from our shore.

Stroll the beach in either direction and you are guaranteed to find countless shells, coral, and other treasures from the sea.

Or if you prefer a less sandy swim, the private pool built around a historic sugar mill is open for condo guests to enjoy 24 hours a day. Included is a full kitchen as well as BBQ grill and plenty of deck space and lounge chairs. Swim up bar tables are built into the pool, providing a relaxing way to cool off. Tennis courts and basketball also available.

The condo features air conditioning... or enjoy the constant, comfortable temperatures of the Caribbean by opening the balcony sliders and louvered sidelights to allow the gentle breeze and relaxing sound of the waves into the unit.

The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. A washer/dryer will allow you to pack light for your trip.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware as well as a stove/oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator and dishwasher. Coffee pot, toaster and blender (for your frozen mixed drinks) are also provided.

Free WIFI is provided as well as satellite TV.

Sugar Beach's prime location puts you in the center of the action while remaining very private. The condo is within a short walk to 2 restaurants. A short drive will take you to historic Christiansted (designated a National Historic Site and it's boardwalk and quaint shops, or to the world class snorkeling and scuba diving of Cane Bay and Buck Island ( Visit the west end of this 26 mile island to experience beautiful beaches, the unique Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve ( and dense rainforest all within a few miles of each other. Or drive to the east end to view the easternmost point of the United States at Point Udall ( If you are a golfer, St. Croix offers three beautiful and scenic golf courses to choose from (Buccaneer Golf Course, Reef Golf Course and Carambola Golf Course). A rental car is not a necessity but is recommended.
