「The condo was beautifully remodeled and great location in the town right on main street, walkable to many restaurants and shops. The unit is a little hard to find initially and the parking spot is tight but totally doable.」

「We were impressed with the condo and the service provided. Ashely was fantastic. She gave me great advice about activities, hot springs and restaurants which I really appreciated. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Being close to town was a plus. We were able to go to the Hot Springs as well as river rafting. Pagosa Springs is a great little town. I would definitely book this condo. It was the perfect place for our family.」

「Property was a great place to stay. A little confusing on the contact person once you are at the property. Was not really clear in the email. Also missing paper towels and adequate towels for kitchen. Also bathroom towels were in the drier and were musty smelling. They had to be washed again. Overall a great place to stay tho just would love to have a little more attention to details for the guest traveling in for a quick stay. There isn't a lot of time during a vacation to remedy missing items.」

「Great location on the river and right next to a park. Quiet neighborhood with a large porch great for relaxing and listening to the river roll by. Great communication and accommodations from the management. We would love to rent from them again!!」
