“Great property in an excellent area. There are lots of local restaurants and connivence stores nearby. Five minute walk to the subway line 2 with easy access to Gangnam. The room was perfect for me (solo traveler) it had a nice tub and hot shower, comfy bed and it was very peaceful. I never heard any noises from other visitors and the street despite traffic was very quiet. They offer complimentary tea and high quality coffee. Staff is helpful.”

“This was my second consecutive year experiencing check-in delays at this hotel. On a positive note, the staff's attitude has improved significantly and was much more polite compared to last year. However, the room allocation system still lacks efficiency. During my recent stay, I arrived early and was advised to check back after 2:00 PM. Later, five of my colleagues arrived around 1:30 PM, and all of them were able to get their rooms immediately. Despite being right behind them in line, I was……

“The hotel is quite new. But the shower drained slowly. It flood up nearly instantly. The breakfast is fine. Not much variety internationally but is ok. The queuing of coffee machine interact with the food taking queue. The entrance of kitchen is also next to the food table. People have to frequently move to let the staff move dishes in or out. The dynamic of walkway flow should be better considered.”

“Originally put as 5 star rating but then bumped down to a 4 star upon checkout. During checkout there was no one to be found, because I had a question to ask, if there was a car parking near by for the hotel for next time I stay I can drive instead of take subway. I won’t be staying again because no one was there to ask simple question, even knocking on their door, no one came out. I see on checkout there is a basket to put room keys, I was never given a room key only a code to enter the……

“Terribly awful. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk told me that they had mistakenly given my room to another guest. They then arranged another room for me, but it was unbearable because it was filled with a strong smell of cigarette smoke.”

打上hotels.com 說退錢 酒店表示不能退。 第三次查詢酒店更不接hotels.com 的電話。 When I want to check in, the hotel said the room is not ready. Although their services is good in morning, the air con is broke at midnight, there are even keyboard and mouse click sound in midnight, which is very terrify in room 507.I want to change the room but he used very bad attitude to……

“Terrible service. At 11:30 am they were calling me to check out, which is at 12:00 pm. The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, but there were no more rooms. This place in my opinion is not a hotel, but a motel for couples.”
