"We stayed in 3 other hotels during our trip and this was our least favorite. It was a step up from Motel 6. There was garbage left in the room from a previous guest next to the bedside table, I didn't like the bathroom and it just seemed like too much outdated items in the room for its size. Cleanliness needs major attention - the furniture also had spots and they should toss the slippers - old and questionable."

Staff who checked me in was very dismissive and felt like I was rushed through everything. I know I joined their Fujita membership club during my last stay but he “skipped” the screen to scan my QR code. This meant I didn’t get my free drink and late check out for this stay. When I tried to tell him that I was a member he said “thank you” but didn’t do anything else. I was not happy. Besides that, location in Ginza is great. "
