「完美的服務 親切的櫃檯與員工 你威尼斯度假的唯一選擇」

「I truly enjoyed Palazzetto MyVenice. What particularly distinguished Palazzetto was its intimate, personal character. The food was excellent, and your reception staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. It felt like a small luxury hotel in the best sense of the word—warm and personal rather than corporate. A true gem!」

「Very nice, clean space and comfortable. But we kept running out of hot water, as in one 15-minute shower and we would be out of hot water. We tried to turn up the heat on the tank to fix this, but then the air conditioning wouldn’t work. We found out from the front desk that the heat pump for the A/C also is used to power the hot water tank, so you can’t do both at the same time. 「職員親切有禮，並用心滿足住客需要」

「The Hotel Casa W is a small, sweet hotel with lovely staff that is located in a quiet neighborhood. It's easy to travel from there to Venice's many cultural destinations, and it's a relief to return to in the evening. The hotel breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious and well-stocked.」

「Pensione Accademia is a rare find—set in a beautiful historical building with lush front and back gardens, which is quite unique for Venice. It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.」

「Nice location. Good restaurants 」

「Was perfect amazing place absolutely beautiful and clean and perfect location」

「The hotel is in a Piazza which is cute and convenient with a grocery store and restaurants all around. A cute little courtyard welcomes you up the steps to the front desk. We stayed in the junior suite. The bathroom was a little narrow and the bed was not overly comfortable, but a nice room otherwise. Breakfast was included. Pastries, fruit and juices, coffee, cold cuts and cheese. The manager at the front desk was great.」

「A Room next to Kitchen. This hotel provided us a offer of Euro100 per night to upgrade to an "Suite". I appreicate her offer and asked if I could look at the room first before making decision. Instead of let us check the room, the manager response by provide another special offer of Euro 50 per night for upgrade. When we goto the room, we find that it is a lonely room in the ground floor next to the kitchen. We found that there is only 1 room with room no. 150 in the floor. We could see...
