Our room was spotless and high tech - on the final day, we wanted to stay a little longer and the team moved things around to allow that to happen - then helped us carry our bags into the river taxi (Note - the hotel is on the canal so the water taxi can dock there - which is awesome) - and as a final amazing touch, my wife had left her...

「Near by several docks so it is easy for water bus transportation. Staff are friendly and nice. Breakfast is very good. Beds are comfortable. Room is not big and enough to stay. We would like to come back again. 」

「Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Fiori! We were greeted by Elvis who was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed - just like in the photos. The location was perfect as well. It's close to Piazza San Marco but not TOO close (it's very busy and loud at the Piazza). And, the water taxi pickup is a two-minute walk. If I could give this place six stars I would!」

「A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? 」
