「Absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Dei Fiori! We were greeted by Elvis who was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and well-appointed - just like in the photos. The location was perfect as well. It's close to Piazza San Marco but not TOO close (it's very busy and loud at the Piazza). And, the water taxi pickup is a two-minute walk. 「A bit far from St Marco. Check-in process was great and the gentleman was very professional. All perfect except for checking out. I booked a pickup at the hotel and the lady insisted that I walked 10 min away over to the taxi port with heavy luggage to meet the driver there. How could I tell which driver and car? I ended up meeting the driver at the hotel but why did I have to fight for that? 」
